Continued American participation in the United Nations should be a campaign issue. It is regrettable that it is ignored. In the background of at least one candidate, Hillary Clinton, is a record of public statements which call for strengthening the role of the United Nations. I am not sure this is a good idea.

I am willing to wager that nobody reading this article has ever heard of Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom. It is a shame that we will never get to know them, because their very lives ended tragically in a racially charged car-jacking incident that never made the national media.

Ask a high school or college student today who Spiro Agnew was. Odds are they'll have absolutely no idea who you are talking about. Unloved by the corporate elite's media, Spiro Agnew suffered the slings and arrows of poisoned liberal pens while he held America's second highest office (1969-1973) and after his time in office and at his time of passing was ignored as if the Agnew Vice Presidency never happened. So it is no surprise that Agnew's name draws a blank stare from so many today.
